My favorite doctor I would have to say that I’m torn between Matt Smith and David Tennant. Matt Smith, to me, is the best Doctor but I love David Tennant. My favorite companion is either Rose Tyler Or Rory Williams/Pond. Rory is very, VERY badass and he is misjudged by many, plus he is loyal to Amy. Rose is my favorite girl companion even though the others are cool.
My favorite Doctor is Matt Smith, the eleventh. He is my favorite because he is so nutty all the time, he’s insane and just doesn’t care! Also you can really see with him that his 900+ years are starting to get to him, he’s transparent. Lastly, I love his temper. Makes him more human and relatable.
The Amy-Rory duo is my favorite companion(s). The two of them together is brilliant and they balance eachother so well. Also it good for the Doctor, Amy takes care of him and they both care about him so much as he slowly starts to fall apart.
My favorite Doctor is Ten, but Eleven (Matt Smith) is a very close second. I love Tennant’s Doctor because of how we see how much he has lost; he is last of his kind and he has realized that he loses all of his companions in one way or another. I feel like us seeing how much he’s lost shows us a more vulnerable side of the Doctor, and is therefore a bit more human and not so invincible. Matt Smith\’s Doctor is…amazing. He has so many feelings that he shows; he is humorous, fun, but he also has a darker side. We see that he is slowly falling apart after 900+ years, [spoiler for those who are behind] especially in the episode(s) when he realizes he\’s supposed to die. When he doesn’t have the Ponds or River, he is all alone and has no one to care for and no one to care for him.
Rose is my favorite companion – because she’s my first – and the Ponds are a (again) very close second. Rose was my first companion, and I really support the Nine/Ten-Rose ship (I don’t think that Eleven and Rose are a good fit, partly because they’ve never met, and well…yeah). I liked how special her relationship with the Doctor was, but, then again, isn’t everyone’s relationship with the Doctor? I love the Ponds because they are pretty bad ass, and they balance each other out; Amy is very adventurous and a ”free spirit”, and Rory is her rock. Actually, I think they’re each other’s rock, and together are the Doctor’s rock. I like how the three of them are always there for each other and they take care of the Doctor when he has no one else left.
David Tennant= Favorite Doctor. Always, forever, and throughout all of time and space.
I’m very much torn between my favorite Companions, however. Rose is the obvious choice, because of her relationship with my Doctor, but as a standalone character I’m not the biggest fan. Yes, she’s brave and her love for the Doctor is inspiring, but not as much as Donna. Donna is probably my favorite as a standalone, but Rose definitely runs a very close second. I don’t like Martha much, and Amy gets on my nerves.
However, I’m absolutely in LOVE with Rory Williams.
Favorite Doctor? Tennant. He had an awesome personality, wore Converse, and I loved his catch phrases. (Allons-y! Brilliant!)
